The Chicago Sanchezes!!
Here is my Uncle Rick and his beautiful smart family - Audrey and Shelley with their puppy in the background. Rick is without doubt one of the nicest people I've ever met -- generous, kind, sweet, affable, agreeable. He always has a kind word. He's a role model to me.

Touches of Love!
Here is a photo taken over the 4th of July holiday. I love this photo. I didn't even realize this feeling was happening as I took the photo. But here you see each lovely lady reaching out to my dad, reaching out with love. Namaste.

Rhinelander for the July 4th Holiday
I went home for the 4th of July holiday to visit my mom and dad. Dad is in a nursing/rehabilitation center and has been in one since March. He was being visited by me, his brother Rick and Rick's wife Shelley and daughter, Audrey. And he was visited by his father, my Grampa. And he was visited by his sisters, my Aunts Anita, Mary Lou, and Vicki. And he even had Conchita and Donald visit too. It was a busy fun 4th. I spent most of my time with Audrey -- we were little water girls, playing in the river right at the park by my dad's rehab center. We paddled in a kayak, hung in an inner tube, swam out to a water ski jump, paddled to a local dairy queen, rode inflatable toys. It was fun to hang out with this wonderful child!

My Folks!
I went home in May to visit my mom and dad and see his new nursing home. It was so nice to be home. Zelia had a great time walking, enjoying the lake, visiting family. And she really liked my mom and dad's dog, Lucky. Mom and I planted flowers, got pedicures, ate good food, visited dad. It was a really special trip. Namaste.

Rhinelander Family Vacation, Bed Time Stories!
My little niece is such a good reader. She's reading a bedtime story that I purchased for her at the closing Brown Street Bookstore! Emma and Clara are such lively sweet girls!

Rhinelander Family Vacation, My Baby Herd!
This summer I taught two courses, for a total of 12 weeks. At the end of that twelve weeks, I was blessed to go home and spend a few days with my mom and dad, sister, and her three children, Emma, Clara, and Stephen. I was so thankful that my sister's trip home was at a time I could join them. On my first day back in Rhinelander, I shopped at Danner Shoes, Brown Street Books, Book World. And then I kayaked and saw a loon. I enjoyed time with my wee ones. We ate brats. It was wonderful. And then we went and spent a few days at Kalahari Resort, so that we could enjoy the water parks. Here is a photo of me and my little ones in our suite at the Kalahari!
