When Hailee lived at Showgate Stables, I used to love to just visit and hang out with her. I'd put her in the outdoor ring and she and I would goof off. On this day, she took a roll in the sandy mud and got this wild dirt pattern on her side. She is a very sweet and sassy girl. One of my favorite things to do on the face of this earth was to go out and put her out in the pasture at the end of a workday, and just read the New York Times while she had a pre-dinner snack of green grass. I think she liked relaxing with me in the late afternoon. I know that I enjoyed my time sitting around with her! Hope she's having a blast in Kentucky!Friday, March 23, 2007
