Here's a photo and video of my darling Violet taken in late August 2011, as we prepared for the start of the Fall semester. I had just completed teaching two summer classes, in order to pay off my car, buy some electronic equipment, pay off a few debts, and pay for Renny's college. And she and I were just hanging out and being happy. She's accomplished so much this past year. She's just wonderful at jumping courses and she's getting a bit ready for practicing flying lead changes, but she's become super great at feeling which lead I want coming off jumps. We are just a happy team! Plus she's learning dressage and even got her own dressage saddle and bridle (courtesy of my extra summer employment!). All good!
