This photo is from a lesson with Stacey on June 28, 2011 and I am writing this entry on September 23rd. Over the course of the summer, Violet and I have become interested in dressage. I worked a summer job and purchased a Passier dressage saddle and bridle for her and got a very nice bit and pad and purchased Gay's old girth. And we are just having too much fun riding dressage with Janet Harms and Stacey. I just think it's so much fun to incorporate into our week! And I can tell Violet is very proud of herself when she gives a soft collected trot or strikes out big in her extended trot or pops sweetly in her leg yields. She's getting it!
