Today was the first day of Spring Break. And the straw arrived! I got up early, went to the stable by 8, chatted with Stephanie, Tony, and Norbert, and visited my girls! And the straw arrived! And so now we have the birthing kit all ready and waiting in the tack room, and the straw all cozy and ready for a baby foal.And here is my big girl, getting bigger by the minute. She is going to be a sweet, quiet, loving little mama!
My red girl is terrific too. Today she did her jumping and cavalletti work in front of Stephanie and was super good. She jumped big and loose and lifted her limbs. She's going to be a lovely little hunter mare.
