This photo is from December, but I am writing this post on February 6th. Renny is officially in training, so this week on Thursday, I was free lunging him. He was moving and floating and cantering smoothly in a relaxed fashion when suddenly he decided to leave. He cantered up to the gate and just popped over it! Pop! And then I heard him trot away happily! Luckily, he was captured by Robin, Stacey and his pals, and because he proved he was a good growing boy, he got saddled and cinched and sacked out for real. He was fine with it. Absolutely rock solid fine with it. He was also fine with his lunging on line, trotting in hand, and trotting over ground poles. I have a fabulous loving smart little pony!
