Right on my birthday, Violet's new bit arrived. I ordered her a Sprenger Dynamis RS D-Ring with 14mm Aurigan mouth and 65mm stainless steel rings which had a copper mouth and bean joiner. I think she liked it from the very beginning. She was much softer and more supple and willing from the very first ride. So, I was pleased as punch that I was going to be able to see Emily ride her with this bit. I think it was a good decision! I wish that I could maybe move to that kind of bit for Renny rather than his slow twist. But it's all a work in progress!
