Here is an early September photo of my foundation mare, Hailee. We are growing out her mane as you would a broodmare. And her coat is glossy and silky and soft because of her great fat-laden diet, her access to pasture, and her desire to eat her rich straw bedding. She just looks gorgeaus. I am thinking about putting her into training with the new trainer at Showgate. He thinks that he can rehabilitate her which would be a nice thing. I am writing this in mid-September and I am thinking about it!

My Foundation Mare
