I travelled to New York City and stayed at the Algonquin Hotel on 44th street between 5th and 6th Avenue for this year's Population Association of America Annual Meetings. This beautiful spring morning, I was walking on my way to Central Park when I saw this police officer and his police horse outside of Tiffany's (in the background). Horses are so important and work so hard for us!
