This year the American Sociological Association Annual Meetings were held in Boston, Massachusetts. I had travelled to Boston once before a few years ago to attend a PAA meeting and I didn't like it. But this year, I was so happy to find my little favorite places in this wonderful city. On my first morning, Katie K., my roommate at the Sheraton, told me to walk along the Charles River, just 4 blocks away. So, here is that lovely river and across this bridge I am standing on is Cambridge, home to Harvard!
