Secretariat with his Derby Roses!

Here's a picture of Secretariat, the fine gentleman who looks like my sweet girl, Violet! Here he is with his favorite groom, Eddie Sweat, after winning the Kentucky Derby. They based the statue of Secretariat at the Kentucky Horse Park on this win with Ron Turcotte and Mr. Sweat in the statue. After this win, Big Red was completely on the bit, full of himself, wired, huge, strong, and dancing on his toes. Eddie Sweat and Ron Turcotte had their hands filled to get him to the winner's circle to collect his roses!
